Yes. The ice machine was very loud outside of our room. I specifically asked for a quiet room.

Swimming pool and hot tub. Microwave in room is a bonus (most hotels do not provide microwave - they only provide refrigerator and coffee maker).
Breakfast service hours end at 10:00 am which is too early for us. We like to wake up, enjoy swimming at the pool before eating breakfast. If it ends at 11:00 then we could have made it to breakfast there.

It was nestled up against the pine trees and was very accessible on and off Highway 17 as well as the City of Scotts Valley.
Everything was great!

Bathroom floor was dirty, looked like pee drippings around the toilet. Bath sink filled with wather - very slow drain. Shower head clogged, if I pulled up on the spout for the shower, the spout lifted away from the wall and tub drained slow. Carpets were dirty.

It was a comfy room ..location good as we came to ucsc event location pretty nice area no complaints about the room
The food portions were twice the size they should be in restaurant which makes it uncomfortable to eat looking at that much food and also for the price not that great No DVD players in rooms..there was some thing we wanted to watch and were surprised

Location was great, close to all the highways but far enough away that you felt that you were in the mountains in a quiet retreat. Bedroom was wonderful with fantastic bed and bathroom Resturant was lovely and very reasonably priced Bar was ok if a little small with no character

Comfortable, spacious room. Good bathroom, good mattress. Decent restaurant- food not great but perfectly adequate and reasonably priced for a hotel. Very good Breakfast options. Easy to find, easy self-parking. Pleasant experience overall.
Left our room around 9am, returned at 4pm but our room hadn't been turned down. At that point wanted to relax, so had to do without housekeeping which was annoying. Restaurant & lounge have limited hours.

Secluded in a quite quaint little nook with the mountains shadowing behind the staff very friendly and they were also dog friendly. Perfect place to have a romantic get away.
I left some important imformation in our room I called to see if housekeeping had turned it in to lost in found, only to find out they carelessly had thrown it away and you could clearly see that it was something someone needed. So my advice check your room three times before u leave.

Quiet
They did not clean our room the first night. We told them to clean it and it still didn't happen. The staff seemed to be indifferent to our plight Then they gave us no towels. Old sheets, trash, dishes in the hallway all the time. Grounds trashy. The place is a dump.

I book the hotel based on the pictures on their website showing views of the boardwalk and beach. When we got to the hotel we were disappointed. Our stay was great but getting bamboozled on the view could not make up for it. I would not stay here again because of this.

My room was very comfortable. Loved having windows I could open.
My door handle was broken for 4 of my 5 days staying at the Hilton in Santa Cruz. I also did not have a fire alarm in my room until the 4th day of my stay.

It was conveniently located
The facility was not worth the price: small room, not cleaned properly, we were left wet, dirty towels, not given clean glasses, not given coffee supplies. Hotel double booked. $19 breakfast "buffet" was not maintained and is really a continental with meat and scrambled eggs. Comparable with a Travel Lodge. Very disappointed.

The room was very nice. The staff were very accommodating.
There was no staff at the pool, and they really could have used it. Little children took over the hot tub constantly. No poolside service.
